So is time to start a new series of photographs - "The colors of nature". To create this series, inspired me the bark of trees, which I encountered in Spain. I could not simply pass indifferently these wonderful work of art by nature.
"The colours of nature"
Platanus × acerifolia - it is ornamental tree for parks, planted along the roads and alleyways. The bark is usually pale grey-green, smooth and exfoliating, or buff-brown and not exfoliating.
For the local people is nothing special (you should see their surprised face when I was taking these photos ), but for me is so inspiring, and maybe not only for me...
Now that we are talking about Spain I need to mention about a fantastic spanish architect - Antonio Gaudi. The architect perfected his personal style through inspiration from organic shapes found in nature. It is not novelty that a great arist drew the inspiration from nature, but when I saw Gaudi's most characteristic buildings, I thought it is quite possible that these trees could be his inspiration. Just take a look:

Returning to my series I would like to request you to try to look at these photographs not only at an angle of colours but also forms and shapes, and I'm sure that you will be see more than only a beautiful composition
